Local Utilities

WATER: West Wilson Utility District, 10960 Lebanon Road, 758-5682. You must apply in person (bring photo ID), sign a service contract at least 24 hours before you need service, and pay a $35 connection fee (cash or check only). A drive-thru, as well as a night deposit, is available for bill payment. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

SEWER: City of Mt. Juliet Public Works, 71 East Hill Street, 754-2554 - For service, you must apply in person, sign a service contract and pay a $25 application fee. A drive-thru is available behind city hall for bill payment and is open from the 1-15 of each month from 8:00am - 4:30pm. A night deposit is located at the Hill Street location. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.

CABLE TV: Comcast Cable TV, 244-5900. You may apply over the phone.

ELECTRICITY: Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation, 1475 N. Mt. Juliet Road, 754-1213 - You may apply over the phone. A credit check will be performed to determine if a deposit is required. If not, any fees will be applied to the first month’s bill.

Nashville Electric Service, 736-6900

GAS: Nashville Gas, 665 Mainstream Drive, 734-0665 - You may apply over the phone. A deposit may be required, depending on results of a credit check.

PROPANE: Advanced Propane, 7790 Hwy 109 North, 443-1883

TELEPHONE: TDS/Telecom, 754-2000 - You may apply over the phone. Any fees will be applied to first month’s bill.

REFUSE COLLECTION CENTERS:

Wilson County Landfill, 378 Dump Road, 444-8360 ~ Open Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. There is a tipping fee of $9 per cubic yard for construction waste. There is no charge for Wilson County residents to leave electronics at the Landfill. This will include microwaves, TV's, VCR's, DVD players, and stereos. No computers or monitors!

Convenience Centers are open 7 days a week, 7:30am-5:00pm and are for Wilson County residents only. No commercial waste is accepted. No hazardous material is allowed. No brush, limbs, grass, shrubs or wire is accepted.

• No larger than 3’x10’ brush pile per yard, any length, per pickup
• Maximum diameter of limbs – 4”
• Brush must be within 4’ of curb for pickup
• Brush must not be placed in median of road
• No vines, loose leaves or root balls
• No plastic, metal, or wire
• No lot cleaning or whole trees removed
• No commercial tree service cuttings picked up
