Big Brothers/Big Sisters, 329-9191 x214, provides mentoring services to children ages 6-12, and also provides parenting classes.

Big Brothers of Mt. Juliet, 641-0577, provides rent and utilities on an emergency basis, delivers Christmas baskets and provides a Mother's Toy Store. For more information, click here to email the President.

Easter Seals Camp, 444-2829, provides summer camp opportunities for children with disabilities.

Empower Me Day Camp, 453-0005, provides year-round recreational activities and a summer day camp for school-aged children with disabilities.

Girl Scout Council of Cumberland Valley, 383-0490, inspires girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service.

Habitat for Humanity of Wilson County, 453-4539, builds decent, affordable housing in partnership with families or individuals, with no-interest mortgages.

Home Safe of Wilson County, 452-5438, provides a 24-hour hotline, temporary shelter, support group, and crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence.

Humane Association of Wilson County, 444-1144, improves the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, and spay/neuter.

Junior Achievement, 383-9500 x1187, inspires young people to make dreams a reality by providing tools necessary to learn about the free enterprise system.

Meals-On-Wheels, Mid-Cumberland HRA, 758-2777, provides nutritious noon meals each weekday to homebound individuals ages 60 or older.

Mt. Juliet-West Wilson County Senior Citizens Center, 758-9114, provides recreational, educational and health services for those 60 and older.

Prospect, Inc., 444-0597, provides developmental and vocational training and residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities.

Restoration Community Outreach, 754-7777, provides the Beacon Reading Program for children, math tutoring, and computer skills classes.

Southern STARRS, 453-2592, a therapeutic horse-back riding program for special needs children and adults.

United Way of Wilson County, 443-1871, supports dozens of programs, seeking solutions for Wilson County's needs.

Wilson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), 443-2002, provides advocacy to abused and neglected children in state foster care.

Wilson County Youth Ranch, 758-2005, a residential treatment center serving boys 13-18 in state custody.
