The ABC's of Aging Gracefully PDF Print E-mail

For my birthday, my friend Jennie Hibler (Active Entertainment) gave me a little desk plaque titled “The ABC’s of Aging Gracefully.” Unlike most silly over-the-hill gifts that people usually give for 50th birthdays, this is a really nice keepsake filled with great advice for any age. I read it pretty much every day and I’m proud to say I’m already doing (or have done) a lot of the things listed and look forward to doing the rest sometime in the future...sort of like a Bucket List. I thought it would be nice to share it with all of you. I especially like “E” and do it often, usually right after lunch. Dana Loggins would like for me to do more of “W”. But I think I’ll wait a while on “G” because I like being an unconventional granny, which fulfills "U"!
