Marketing Opportunities

The Chamber promotes Wilson County as a great place to live, work, shop, play, or locate a business. We provide many marketing opportunities for our members. In addition to opportunities to purchase ads in our endorsed publications, your free online directory helps potential customers find you. You may also display your membership door plaque where your customers and employees can see it. You'll be recognized as a good corporate citizen and an important part of the West Wilson County area business community. Membership Directory & Preferred Business Listing

This list of members is published at the beginning of each calendar year and distributed FREE to all Chamber members and upon request to the community. Ad space may be purchased to help you better increase awareness of your business.

Community Map

The Chamber sponsors a map of our community which is available to the public. This is a great opportunity to purchase an ad and gain exposure. Click here to view our map online.

Images Magazine

This quality of life magazine focuses on the local community and is a great way to increase your exposure. Thousands are printed and distributed FREE of charge throughout our community and are placed in every relocation packet mailed.

Town Planner Calendar

The Town Planner Community Calendar reaches over 65,000 readers. It is mailed directly into homes and is a great way for your business to be on display every day!

Wilson County Visitors Guide

This publication of the Wilson County Convention & Visitors Bureau contains a list of attractions, special events, accommodations, recreation, and travel related services. Advertisements are restricted to businesses that provide a direct service to the traveling and/or tourist public.

Mailing Labels

Target new customers using mailing labels for the entire chamber membership for $25. This is a great way to market your business and promote member-to-member relationships.

Relocation Packets

These packets are mailed to potential new residents. Members may insert information about their business FREE of charge! What a great way to reach new residents before they move to our community!

It REALLY Was About the Restaurants, Retail, and Residents…

I thought I would use this space in the August Newsletter to remind folks of something of tremendous significance which happened ten years ago this month. That’s right, it has now been ten years and those who were a part of it have had their efforts and vision validated many times over. You might now be asking yourself just what happened ten years ago that was so important. Ten years ago this month, the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors unanimously endorsed Liquor by the Drink. For those not familiar with this initiative, it may seem like an obvious step forward. For those who were not here at the time, let me tell you it was anything but obvious nor was it an easy thing to accomplish. Due to the hard work and vision of a business-minded group of individuals, volunteers canvassed the community to secure enough valid signatures to get the initiative on the ballot in November of 2000.
